DGC型泵是双层壳体磁力驱动多级离心泵。该产品旨在解决小流量，高扬程的流体输送问题。该产品结构设计、水力设计及磁路设计先进新颖，技术达到国内领先水平。首家成功地将磁力驱动技术应用于多级离泵，解决了大功率，大间隙磁路设计问题，居国内领先地位。同时解决了高工作压力下多级泵的轴向力平衡及静密封问题。磁力驱动联轴器及轴承失效监控装置的配合，更保障了泵长期安全可靠运行。
适宜输送不含固体颗粒的易燃、易爆、剧毒的介质和其它要求无泄漏及不允许密封污染的介质。广泛地应用于油田增压注水，高中压远距离输水、输油，电厂疏水泵，炼化和煤化工行业液烃泵、顺丁像胶，加氢精制及铂重速装置等。
DGC is a kind of magnetic-driving, double-casing, multi-stage centrifugal pump, aiming to solve the problem of conveying liquid of little capacity, high-lift. The structure design, hydro -mechanical design and magnetic design are domestically advanced. HIGHLAND is the leading company that has successfully applied magnetic driving technology into multi-stage pump in China, and has solved the problem of high-power, large-gap magnetic circuit design. HIGHLAND has also solved the problem of axial force balance and static seal of multi-stage pump under high- pressure. The combination of magnetic-driving coupling and bearing failure monitoring device guarantee the long-term safe and reliable operation of pumps.
It is suitable to convey inflammable, explosive, severely poisonous mediums without solid particles, and other mediums requiring no seal pollution. It is widely applied into oil field pressurizing water injection, long-distance conveying water or oil under high and middle pressure, drain pump plant, petrochemical and coal chemical industry liquid hydrocarbon pumps, butadiene rubber, hydrofining and platinum heavy speed devices, etc.
结构特点Design features
（1）卧式径向剖分，外壳为筒形结构，内壳为节段式结构
（2）全密封、无泄漏，无污染
（3）根据介质温度选用底脚支承(基本型)和中心支承(高温型)
（4）大功率磁性驱动
（5）入口可水平、垂直或侧向任意角度布置，水平布置更利于采取的措施提高泵的抗汽蚀性能
（6）出口可垂直或侧向任意角度布置
（7）可选用与电机直联或带膜片连接器两种结构
（8）内循环的冷却和润滑方式，更适宜输送各种流体介质，包括易汽化介质
（1）Radial horizontal subdivision, cylindrical outer shell, sectional inner shell
（2）Fully sealed, non-leaking, non-polluting
（3）The foot support (basic type) and the center support (high-temperature type) can be adopted according to the medium temperature.
（4）High-power magnetic driving
（5）The inlet can be horizontally, vertically or laterally arranged or in any other angle; the horizontal layout is more conductive to the measures taken to improve the anti-cavitation performance of the pump.
（6）The outlet can be in vertical arrangement or lateral in any angle.
（7）Direct motor linking or by connector with prince film
（8）Internal recycling way of cooling and lubricating; it is more suitable for conveying a variety of fluid mediums, including the easily-vaporized mediums.
